Overview
The aim of this course is to meet the needs of manufacturers and installers of warm water underfloor heating systems currently available in the UK. These systems can be connected to most heat sources including gas, oil and electric boilers as well as renewable technologies such as heat pumps and solar thermal.
You will learn to install underfloor heating in the most common types of floor construction, integrate the underfloor heating with a suitable domestic hot water cylinder, and understand the design of the underfloor heating system.
